# Permalinks truncating

 * After updating to 3.8 my permalinks are being truncated. I’m using the Post Name
   setting so I should see something like:
    [http://www.deepstuff.org/this-is-the-title-and-has-dashes-between-words/](http://www.deepstuff.org/this-is-the-title-and-has-dashes-between-words/)
 * but getting something like:
    [http://www.deepstuff.org/this-is-the-titween-words/](http://www.deepstuff.org/this-is-the-titween-words/)
 * [https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/)

 * Do you experience this issue with all your posts, or only the ones that were 
   published in the past few weeks, after Jetpack 3.8 was released?
 * Jetpack itself doesn’t affect the way your permalinks are built, unless you use
   the WordPress.com Editor to publish posts. Do you use t[his editor](http://wordpress.com/post/),
   or the built-in editor in your self-hosted site dashboard?
