Permalinks to attachments

Hello,

I have a quick questions for the pros in WP.

I have the permalinks like this domain.com/category/postname and when I post Creative Commons photos I need to add a link in the caption to the attachment page where it will display the Description info with licence and links to the author and when I add a new post, before I publish it it gives me the links like… domain/?attachment_id=7625 and after I publish the post it redirects them to domain/category/postname/attachname/.

Is there a way that I can get the ‘redirect’ link in the first place and put it in the caption so that it won’t redirect the user that wants to see more details when it clicks on the link in the caption of the photo?
