Permalinks Question

    What happens if you do not have custom permalinks enabled?? Will it give me a fatal error if I enable caching in the plugin without first changing the permalinks option?

    What happens if I change my permalinks settings? Will that impact my current links?? Or will they reconfigure automatically?
