Permalinks problem with "&" character

    Hi Fernando,

    a quick fix that should solve the bug. Here is a screenshot that shows that I’m using the & character in the secondary title and it doesn’t appear in the permalink.

    Please download this modified version of the plugin and replace it with the one you’re currently using. Then go to permalinks settings and hit “Save Changes” to make WordPress generate the permalinks. After that, check the permalink of a post. If it doesn’t work, please report back.
