# Permalinks problem

 * Hi, after setting my custom permalinks it seems that my ‘Home’ page links me 
   back to the page I’m currently viewing so once I leave my homepage I can’t go
   back!
    Have I done anything wrong?

 * Don’t bump posts!
 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

 * Hi, sorry about my multiple posts!
 * It seems like it’s a theme problem…
    I deactivated all plugins but the problem
   remained, then I switched to another theme and the problem was gone. Where do
   I have to look now?

 * You could try asking the theme’s developer if there will be an upgraded version
   of the theme available shortly.
