Permalinks not linking

I am having difficulty getting permalinks to work on my blog: http://www.bedouinsinternational.org/blog When I set it up it creates the proper links, but when you click on them they get a 404 error that it can’t find the page. The links are also showing up correctly in the admin. Do you guys have any idea what the problem might be? You can go to the blog right now to see what its doing. Thanks for the help!
