Permalinks no longer working under Tomcat
-
I’ve had to move my blog from an Apache httpd server to a server that only has Tomcat. I got the blog to load using Quercus as my PHP to Java bridge. However, I no longer have mod_rewrite so my permalinks are not working. I’m using the Tuckey java filter to do my url rewriting, but I can’t figure out what url it needs to become. So if a user types in http://mysite.com/blog/2011/01/my-post-name/ where should that redirect to?
Should there be a URL I can type into my browser that would at least get me to my article? I’ve tried in http://mysite.com/blog/?p=1, http://mysite.com/blog/index.php?p=1, http://mysite.com/blog/index.php/2011/01/my-post-name/ but they either return 404 or just forward me to my pretty permalink url that is also a 404.
I’ve been battling this for hours. Any help is very appreciated.
