# Permalinks Issues

 * Hello,
 * I recently downloaded the Wholesale Prices plugin and am planning to purchase
   the bundle to install on my WordPress site. After I installed the Wholesale Prices
   plugin, I began having problems with the permalinks on my product pages. Whenever
   I click on the product, a double quotation mark is added to the URL and the page
   loaded is a 404 error.
 * For example, from my products page [https://wanderingpaperco.com/shop/](https://wanderingpaperco.com/shop/)
   instead of [https://wanderingpaperco.com/product/barcelona-spain-block-print/](https://wanderingpaperco.com/product/barcelona-spain-block-print/)
 * I’ve researched this problem and tried modifying my permalinks settings in WP
   to no avail. I plan to purchase the entire Wholesale Suite bundle but need to
   get this problem resolved first.

 * Thanks for contacting us!
 * To confirm, please disable our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices to check if the issue
   persists. If yes, then most likely it is caused by another plugin/theme and I
   would suggest doing a basic debug to know which plugin/theme causes the issue.
   Please keep in mind that our plugin doesn’t alter any permalinks.
 * To do a basic debug, please switch to Twenty-Seventeen WordPress theme and deactivate
   plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Wholesale Prices. Check if the
   issue is fixed then activate each plugin to check which produces the issue. Once
   you confirm which plugin causes the issue, please contact the plugin author for
   further assistance.
