permalinks don’t work for older posts

I just changed the permalink structure on my WP-DE 2.0.3 to be in the format <date>\<title>

Now all the permalinks to the old posts don’t work anymore, while the permalinks to new posts work very well.

Does anybody have an idea what I can do about it?
