Permalinks display fine in IE/Firefox, but 200 not being sent

My permalinks work just fine in ie, netscape, ff, etc. But if I wget the permalink, or try it with a header viewer, it returns a 404. It’s gotta be rewrite related.
A header viewer shows this (urltrends.com):
