Permalinks colour change, nothing works

Hi guys

I’ve found solutions in the forums but not of them work in my css. Basically I now want to change the colour of my theme for a white background and for this I need the permalinks to be in another colour than white. No line I add in the css – on h2, h3…seeems to have an effect. Any help please?

I can copy the css but I don’t remember which site I should use to copy it and post the link – I know this is something use in these forums rather than copying the all css here?
