Permalinks causing 404?

For my contact page (www.studio58media.com/contact) — if I use the “pretty permalinks” I get a 404 error with the godaddy screen. When I switch the permalinks to default, the page works flawlessly (http://www.studio58media.com/?page_id=3537)

Any idea how to make it work with the pretty permalinks as well?
