There should not be any sensitive info in the screenshot requested, but you can redact anything sensitive.

Just to clarify, we normally offer support for the WooCommerce core plugin through the forum. I’d recommend taking the screenshot(s) and editing/blurring any parts you’d not wish to be seen.
From there, you can share it with https://snipboard.io. If you have an account with Snipboard, you’ll have the ability to delete shared screenshots.

The link to the screenshot requires an extra step to request access.
Could you kindly make it accessible to all with the link, for the time being? Alternatively, as suggested earlier, you can also take a screenshot and edit it to remove any sensitive URLs before sharing here. I normally use https://www.photopea.com/ to edit screenshots online.
The reason we wish to take a look at your permalink settings is to see if it’s something you added that’s causing the URLs to have the structure you mentioned.

Good to hear that the product and category permalinks are now sorted.
Just to check, have you added accueil
anywhere in your permalinks?
This is most likely the case, so you will want to remove or replace it if you do not wish for it to be shown in your URLs.

The website link shared seems quite incomplete so I am unable to see where the issue lies. Since we’ve also been unable to get the permalink settings of the site, at the moment it’s quite hard to know the cause of the issue.
Thus, to check further, you will require someone with direct access to your site or someone with who you’ll be more able to share some of the above-requested info.
I would suggest that you first reach out to your host but if the issue is much more complex, you can also get assistance from the WooCommerce Customizations Page.
