Hello, there seems to be a problem on the latest version of WordPress with my website here.
Basically, if you try to login (by going to /wp-login.php ) it redirects you to this and gives a 404 error.

I tried deleting .htaccess but it didn’t help so I put it back, then tried changing permalinks back to default by manually editing the database table…didn’t work so I put that back (It’s in the date and post name format).

Can anyone please offer me advice on this problem? Much appreciated,

I deleted the entire website, reuploaded and reinstalled it using the latest wordpress files, then reuploaded the Themes/config.php etc.

The problem still persists… Still getting redirected to an imaginary “http://blastbox.co.uk/login/”

    Any other suggestions?

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

Well switching back to the default theme worked, thanks. Still not sure what caused/causes this error. Maybe some custom modifications that were made to the theme (Avenue)?

I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek theme-specific support from the theme’s vendors.
