Visit the permalinks page after you’ve created the post type/taxonomy to flush the rewrite rules. Afterwards, try again and see if it worked finally.

You’re fine. My last reply was early morning for me, so I hadn’t gotten back around to things quite yet today.

What slugs are you using for your registered items? It’s possible there’s conflict with other things going on.

What have you tried since originally posting the thread?

    Hello Michael,
Here are the details of my wordpress site

    beta.brstdev.com/eaiws/wordpress-it/wp-admin
    admin details:
[ Redacted, please do not post that in these forums again ]

    beta.brstdev.com/eaiws/health-news forntend

Please check the slug as I am not much familier with wordpress.

    Regards

I had a moderator remove the details. As they mention above, please don’t post that type of information. I’m more than willing to provide an email address to send those to.

I have to wonder if you’re running into issues with things because of permalinks like “http://beta.brstdev.com/eaiws/index.php/health-news”

I imported the post type to my dev site and made a quick post and it works fine. So something with the query vars in your site for WordPress is getting mixed up and it’s failing to find anything to display.

    Hello Michael,

I am really sorry that I forgort to tell you that I have integrated wordpress with magento using Fishpig wordpress integration extension.
For that reason, I have changed wordpress url to http://beta.brstdev.com/eaiws/index.php/health-news”.

Also default post type are working fine but onlu custom posts are not working.

It is working in our other site “www.omegor.com” right side of the page.

Please help me to make these working.

    Regards

Honestly, I have zero experience with Magneto as a whole, so I’m not going to be knowledgeable at all on how to get it to play nicely with WordPress and how the rewrite API functions.

Our plugin here doesn’t touch on fiddling with the Rewrite API either, outside of what parameters you can pass into register_post_type.

Wish I could help more, but my hunches say this is an issue outside of the plugin itself.
