Permalinks Adding Page After Domain Name When Creating New Pages

    My permalinks are showing this on all my sites when I try to create
    pages
    This is the permalink below the title of the page

    http://my domain.com/behringer-bass…itar-amplifier

    Please let me know what has caused this and how to fix it
