# Permalink – update to what?

 * I just moved my WordPress site from /blog to the root and followed the 11 steps
   under “Moving WordPress within Your Site” everything’s dandy except the images
   in my posts are gone, I realise I’m meant to update the Permalinks Structure,
   but I’m not sure what to update it to, as my old one was a custom “/%year%/%postname%/”
   there’s no URL to update, so what do I need to change??
