# Permalink trouble

 * Hi friends,
 * In a machine running some blogs with WP 1.5.2 and WP 2.2.1, and PHP 5.2.0 on 
   Apache 2.2.3 with mod_rewrite right enabled and right .htaccess for each blog,
   permalink of WP does not work except with path “index.php/…”.
 * Mod_rewrite in the same machine but for other software (for instance, Gallery)
   works ok.
 * Ideas? Experiences? Problem in relation to WP or PHP?

 * Your “suspicion” was right. 🙂 I had so many virtual hosts in the apache conf
   that I mixed them and some had not properly enabled AllowOverride.
