# Permalink trailing slash problem

 * I’m having a problem with my permalink trailing slash…
    I changed my Permalinks
   to
 * [http://byfordwa.com/sample-post/](http://byfordwa.com/sample-post/)
 * then I changed it to
 * [http://byfordwa.com/sample-post](http://byfordwa.com/sample-post)
 * How come the trailing slash breaks my links? Why can’t I access my posts with
   either of these ways?
 * Is there a fix for this?
