# Permalink substitution not working

 * The weekly email offering a digest of my blog includes a Permalink substitution
   for the post (I only do only post a week), but the hyperlink to the post does
   not appear in the email when it is received by my subscribers. It was working
   until Xmas but hasn’t since the New Year. Indulged too much?
 * This is the template for my weekly email:
 * <p>Here’s the latest newsletter from {BLOGNAME}</p>
 * <p>{TITLE}<b>
    {POST}</p>
 * <p>You may view the latest post at {PERMALINK}</p>

 * This is a known issue in version 8.6. I’ll be releasing 8.7 within the next 24
   hours and it will fix this issue for you.
