 * I am using wordpress ver. 2.6.2
 * my permalink structure keeps changing without me even doing anything to do. I
   am using the /%postname%/ custom structure and it keeps changing automatically.
   It was fine until a couple days ago. It screws everything up and I cannot access
   any of the posts on my site until I fix it. Please help. Thanks.

 * do the links change to add stuff like `Base64eval..blah blah`?

 * Your site is being hacked with a known issue. You really need to upgrade to 2.8.4
   to be protected, however the damage needs cleaning up too.
