 * What is the %name here% for post description in the Custom Structure area in 
   Permalinks? For example, I have this right now: /%category%/%postname%/
 * I would like to add the description to end. How can I do this?

 * I’m sorry, I have no idea what you mean by ‘description’. I mean, I know what
   the word means, just not in relation to WordPress blog posts.

 * You have to use one of the [structure tags listed here](http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Structure_Tags)
   for your permalinks and `%description%` isn’t one of them. I’m (pretty) sure 
   you can create your own permalink tags via a plugin if you want to dig into that
   subsystem, but I’ve never tried to do it.
