Permalink problems after upgrade 1.5>2.1

    Basically they just stopped working. Whatever pl I click (category, date, post) it always pops up all recent posts, Any idea on what to do?

    Did you try updating your permalinks (htaccess) after the upgrade?

    Yes. The funny part is that ugly permalinks (/?p=xxx) work. But the new ones doesn’t and I tried every single possible configuration.. None of them worked properly =\

    i has the same problem. i restored the data base and core files (1.5) and upgraded from 1.5 to 2.0.2 first. Then i upgraded from 2.0.2 to 2.1 and it works fine!

    note: 2.1 requires PHP version 4.2 or greater, and MySQL version 4.0 or greater!

    Okay. I think I had this problem on one upgrade. So I reset the permalinks to something I didn’t want, then did it again to get what I wanted. Problem solved.

    I don’t know if that will solve your problem; it’s just one thing to try.
