 * Hi there,
 * I have a problem with the permalink structure on my website. I’d like the structure
   to be like this: [http://www.website.com/exhibitions/current](http://www.website.com/exhibitions/current)(
   i.e. have the permalinks structure set to custom with /%category%/%postname%/).
   However, this of course means that the “exhibitions” needs to be listed as the
   parent page of the site “current”. The problem is that the “exhibitions” page
   in the navigation bar is not really a page, but I have it set to a non-clickable
   menu item (i.e. with a # instead of a real URL). Since it is not a page, that
   means that I cannot assign the “exhibitions” as the parent page to the site “
   current” and therefore cannot achieve the permalink structure that I’m going
   for. Is there any solution for that?
 * Thank you!

 * If _exhibitions_ is supposed to be the _category_ name and _current_ is supposed
   to be the _postname_ (according to that structure you’re setting), then unfortunately,
   the rest of your question isn’t quite making sense to me (because you’re also
   referring to “exhibitions” as a _page_, and “current” as “the site”).
 * So can you elaborate a little more on which thing is actually supposed to be
   what in this case?

 * Thank you for the quick reply! I realize now that I didn’t make things very clear
   in my first post, so I’ll try again:
 * Basically, I have a navigation bar with one of the menu items being “exhibitions”.
   This is not a page but rather a non-clickable menu item that displays the submenus(
   or subpages) on hover, one of them being the page “current”. When I click on “
   current”, the link right now just shows as “www.website.com/current”. This is
   because right now, the page “current” does not have a parent page. Now I’d like
   it to be “www.website.com/exhibitions/current”. If I understand the whole parent-
   page issue correctly, I would have to assign the “exhibitions” as the parent
   page of “current” in order for it to be displayed like that. This is of course
   not possible since “exhibitions” is simply a non-clickable menu item and not
   a page. I was wondering if it was still somehow possible to have the structure
   set to “www.website.com/exhibitions/current”.
 * I hope this makes more sense!
