# Permalink Problem

 * Hello mighty helper,
 * I’ve been all day on this and start loosing hope…
 * After a problem with the WPML plugin, I removed it. This s a translation plugin
   that might somehow duplicate the original language pages it is supposed to help
   translate. Now here is the situation:
 * Before I could access [http://www.mydomaine.com/style/](http://www.mydomaine.com/style/)
 * And now, even if the permalink is still the same, that the page is still existing,
   now when i call that URL, the browser send me to:
 * [http://www.mydomaine.com/style-2/](http://www.mydomaine.com/style-2/)
 * which leads to a 404 error, since the page style-2 is not existing.
 * Any help would be appreciated

 * Try re-saving your permalink structure at Admin panel>>>Settings>>>Permalinks.
 * WordPress either creates/amends the .htaccess file for you or provides you with
   the correct block of code to manually add to your .htaccess file.
