Permalink Problem

I have just changed my permalink structure from archives to post name, I have realised that now I may have lost some S.E.O on Google, this is why I got the permalink redirection plugin, the thing is that it isn’t redirecting me to the right post if I search a post up on Google. Is this because I have plugin called W3 cache? I have resent another site map and I hope to see Google update. My site is http://www.t4techy.com
