# Permalink & Post Title formatting issues

 * Post Titles change size and case on click (small font, all lower case) and remain
   this way once the link has been visited. Permalinks in the side bar (post archives
   etc) also switch to all lower case once the link has been visited.
 * There is nothing in the CSS that dictates this nor can I find anything in the
   source. Is this a default within wordpress? Can anyone help with this?
