# permalink not working

 * sir,
    my website is anetworkoasis.org i created few posts and pages and i created
   a redirection from post to related page take example [http://www.anetworkoasis.org/songs/telugu/pagetitle](http://www.anetworkoasis.org/songs/telugu/pagetitle)
   is page permalink and [http://www.anetworkoasis.org/songs/postname](http://www.anetworkoasis.org/songs/postname)
   is my post … i copied the url of page permalink and pasted in post so that visitors
   can go to respective page but suddenly the page is shown as “Oops! Page Not Found
   What you are looking for doesn’t seem to exist. (Error 404)” please please solve
   my problem..

 * What is it you are trying to accomplish? Just the link to the page should work.

 * sir,i fixed the problem,after a long research i reallised that my permalinks 
   would not work for parent pages a child pages
