# Permalink name changes on edit

 * Everytome I go to edit one of my pages the permalink name will change to test-
   track i.e readingroadrunners.org/coaches will change to readingroadrunners.org/
   test-track once I’ve updated the page I notice the change and need to manually
   change it back. I do create a page with that permalink to
    See if it would stop
   problem but the name test-track2 was now created instead. I can’t find the name
   test-track anywhere in the permalink settings as all looks as normal. I did create
   a page with that name a while ago and deleted it. Any help appreciated. Thanks

   duplicate topics for the same thing, those get closed or deleted when found.

 * I’ve searched the mysql database but can find nothing unusual. Has anyone had
   this problem before?
