# Permalink Manager Breadcrumbs Mismatch

 * In Permalink Manager I have checked: _“If checked, the Yoast SEO breadcrumbs 
   will be filtered by Permalink Manager to mimic the current URL structure.”_
 * Yoast breadcrumbs display correctly, eg.
 * Home » Projects » Residential » Queen Anne Revival
 * However, links do not reflect permalink path. In above example:
 * **Residential** permalink path (set by Permalink Manager) is and should be **/
   projects/residential/**
 * Yoast shows the link as **/residential/** in the breadcrumbs path.

 * Yoast does not change the permalinks of a URL. If the right permalink is failing
   to appear, we suggest contacting the Permalink Manager Plugin authors for more
   information.
