Does the author will fix this problem? This problem is also in the PRO Version.

Sorry to hear that the plugin doesn’t work for you. I would like to try and resolve the issue. Can you please tell me what are the WordPress and WooCommerce versions you are using?
Also, what is your product permalink base?

We are using the following Setup:
WordPress 4.1.1
WooCommerce 2.3.7
Permalink Base is /products/%product_cat%
