    Hi,

    I’m using permalink type “/%category%/%postname%”. So can I change it into “/%category%-%postname%” for optimizing my page SEO?

    Won’t impact your SEO either way. The URL doesn’t matter as much as all that.

    You can change it to that, if you want.
