Permalink in different languages qTransla in different languages with qTranslate

    Hello all,

    How can I have two (or more if it is the case) permalinks about the very same page.

    i.e.:

    /domian.com/tutorials
    /domian.com/tutoriales

    So far I got this: /domian.com/es/tutorials which I can’t use for my purposes.

    I can see the translation web title, but I can’t set it as permalink, just one of them.

    Any idea?

    Hello Iber4,
    You can use the plugin qTranslate Slug for edit URLs for each languages: http://wordpress.org/plugins/qtranslate-slug/

    I did try Slug but it was far from helpful.

    qTranslate Widget and Menu got lost, also no way to make it work.

    Sorry for you Iber4,
    I used it for my website in development and it works with perfection. I know that qTranslate Slug plugin enhance the classic qTranslate module; maybe that’s why you lost some elements… Perhaps you should try the widget of the Slug plugin and not the classic one.
    Hope you can find an issue.

    Say I don’t care about the Menus, Widgets, etc.

    How should qtSlug works? It’s suppose to make the translation automatically right?

    Still, links are in the base language.

    qtSlug just allow you to give one URL by language. The translation is not automatic, you have to fill in by yourself.
    Try it deeply, I think it can fit your need.

    I mean, of-course I did the translation.

    Is set, just doesn’t work :-S
