# Permalink Help Needed

 * Hi Everyone.
 * Completed a website for a friend: [http://www.meyersestates.com](http://www.meyersestates.com)
 * Set up permalink structure to read Meyeres Estates | Subpages.
 * My problem is on the home page the permalink reads: | Meyersestates I would like
   to get rid of the | from the home page only, NOT subpages.
 * Have tried adding the following to themefunctions.php, but it didn’t work:
 *  } elseif (is_home()) {
    wp_title(”); echo ‘ ‘;
 * Any help really appreciated.
