# Permalink error message

 * There’s an error in my permalinks page, just at the top of it, which says that:
 * Warning: is_writable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within
   the allowed path(s): (/home/u287944697:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/u287944697/
   public_html/wp-admin/options-permalink.php on line 132 Warning: is_writable():
   open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s):(/
   home/u287944697:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/u287944697/public_html/wp-admin/includes/
   misc.php on line 166
 * Anybody knows how to solve it?
