permalink error

    I am trying to SEO optimize my blog. To make my pages more recognizable by Google etc.. I changed my permalinks to a custom structrue /%postname%/ as recommended by an SEO plugin I downloaded. I proceeded to save the settings. Now when I go to the website and click on a page an error page pops up. Why is this happening and how do i fix it?

    Your help would be greatly appriciated!

    Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting and deleting/renaming your WordPress .htaccess file. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.
