Permalink Doesn’t Work

    My understanding is that /meetings is the permalink that should be used, but somewhere in the last month it no longer works. The only thing I have done is upgrade my site to php 7.3 then downgrade to php 7.1. All my meeting data points seem to be working correctly since the Meeting Guide app has been updating.

    I updated the general settings for WordPress, then the link started working again.

    What do you mean “updated the general settings”?

    I wanted to try TSML out and westcentralaa.org/meetings does not work either.
    It has never worked. I added one meeting and that all seems to work ok but when I go to that url and server returns a page that says simply “Sorry no access here!”. Any clues?

    I just thought of one: we have a /meetings/ directory. DUH!
    So now I’m looking to see if I can change the permalink but I don’t see a way. I would think it might be in “Import and Settings”. I see nothing…

    Well I cannot edit a 3rd time so I make a new comment. (maybe 1hr limit?)
    So I renamed the directory and that did the trick. But of course that will break our existing meetings pages unless I redo all that. It would be much easier to change the permalink. There must be a way… wp… what a pita…
