 * Is there any kind of funky extension or hack that could be written to let somebody
   enter in a post’s custom key value as part of its permalink structure?
 * As it is, we can do stuff like /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/ but we can
   only pick from the values WordPress lists. Is it possible to make another one,
   like %keyname% for a custom key value?
