Permalink and RSS don’t work in subdomain

    I just installed WP 2.7 in a subdomain. Everything works fine IF the address is mydomain.kom/blog BUT when I changed the address to blog/mydomain.kom only the blog homepage and admin (blog.mydomain.kom/admin) are working. Other links do not work (permalinks, about, RSS feeds, categories, tags) and I’ll receive the ERROR 500 message:

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    The problem will be resolved if I revert the address back to mydomain.kom/blog

    Anybody can help with this problem? Is this the problem with WP or the hosting?
