permalink 404 error

I have a post on my website that gets a 404 error. If I set the permalinks to ‘default’ it shows up, but then most of my other pages and posts get a 404 error. I originally had the permalinks set to ‘post title’ but my hosting provider changed it to ‘default’ and changed the permalink to resolve the problem (only to create other errors). I’ve now changed my permalinks back to ‘post title’, but I still can’t get this post to show up. The post that is having issues is http://logcabincooking.com/3088/ (it is the second most recent post on logcabincooking.com); when I go in to edit the post this is the permalink that appears. It shows up in my front page feed but not on its own page.

How can I fix this? Thank you in advance
