    I hope you are doing good today.

    Could you check the following:
    – does the site is password protected
    – any hosting cache or Object cache
    – please run a full plugin conflict test on the site and see does that helps. Before this test, I recommend a full site backup.

    Many thanks for your reply!

    1. No, our site is not password protected.
    2. Hummingbird suggested that there was a plugin conflicted with it, and we had removed the plugin yesterday.
    3. We will run the conflict test later/tomorrow, and let you know if there’s anything conflicting with Hummingbird, and run the performance test again.
