performance of admin on server

    Hello guys,

    I had installed this on two sites on different servers, one shared hosting and one at wpengine.com

    On the shared hosting it was Admin + WC 4.x (i didn’t know it was included)

    It was taking the site offline every few minutes eating up all the Entry Process (with just one user) and throwing Server 508 errors. Site was up and down a whole week until i googled it.

    On other site with Admin + 3.9. it was throwing hundreds of 504 and 502 error.

    Basically i removed Admin from both sites and they are back up..

    Is there a ‘fix’ or something i can do to make it work. the site with 3.9 could really use it. Would changing the heartbeat reduce the load on the server?

    @kattouf – The WooCommerce Admin plugin shouldn’t really be as server heavy as you’re saying it is on your site.

    For the site with WC v3.9, which version of Admin are you running?

    WV 3.9.3 and Admin 1.1.1 – site stayed up as far as i know but wpengine contacted regarding the hundreds of 502/4 errors. (might not be related ofcourse) but only change i had made.

    On namecheap and latest WC and Admin 1.1.1 the 20 Entry process i have in cpanel were used up instantly with ram often 70% full. and 508 error.

    Since disabling the plugin and using the anti bloatware plugin i have not had a single issue or downtime.

    I accept it could be other things and issues with my theme etc. I am just saying what i experienced. Could very well be my fault.

    You could try updating WooCommerce and WooCommerce Admin and see if that is of any help.

    Also, if you can get in touch with WP Engine and Namecehap and check if they have any logs of what is consuming these resources, that might give us more hints.

    hello

    I have now updated WC an all plugins and templates.

    Issue is that Group by Week is not loading result.

    we had 28,000 order during that period.

    Group by Daily & Month works. Not Week.

    Groupd by WEEK works for shorter period. not longer periods. very odd i think
