While I really like slimstat I have some performance problems I hope you can help me with. * I’m using the Javascript tracking method because WordPress is setup behind a caching server. While everything runs really fast the calls to wp-admin/ajax. php take about 800ms or more. Is there a way to include the tracking-script from another server? Also: Why is the table format INNODB? Shouldn’t a MYISAM be much faster performance wise? * Additionally there seems to be a problem with the automatic data purging feature: About an hour ago (at least) two “clear old data” processes were active. Can I do it safely using the mysql client program as an alternative? * Also looking forward to the second database option. That’s because the official documentation doesn’t recommend doing that.
