I would like to know if the plugin is optimized enough to work quickly on a website with more than 3000 posts.

How does it affect MySql calls? The performance of the web will be affected?

    Should not be a problem.

But how can it affect MySql calls?

    1. When a post is displayed, it checks its own table wp_ratings to check whether you have voted.
    2. When you rate a post, it uses WordPress update_post_meta() and insert a row into the wp_ratings log table for 1.
