• I had a problem with the remote widgets after an update of the plugIn. I spend quite a long time to fix this myself. The first response after I opened a ticket was quite fast on a Saturday morning and the problem needed to be forwarded to second level support. From here I received an answer later that day in the night. I did not correctly understand the response immediatelly. But then I found out it was the correct and best way to reponse. My problem was fixed with the answer and I was very impressed about the pace and the short way to explain my fault.
