Freemium does not have wiki function (no cowriting!!). You buy premium. They tell you it cannot work. You want support: You have to pay more !!
It’s a real robbery, this company should be banished from wordpress.org.
Should have read comments before buying this [ profanity redacted ]

  • Hi @ferme2zero,

I’m really sorry you felt the need to post such a negative review. 🙁 We’d really love to discuss if this is something you’d be open too. You can even contact us directly if that’s better for you:
    http://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/

To clarify too, we’re actually here to help anytime through the public forums: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordpress-wiki-plugin

That’s totally free, support for this is certainly not premium only.

I’m not sure what you have in mind about co-writing, but it’s definitely possible for multiple users to edit a wiki. Is that what you were looking to do?

I see you didn’t post anything to the public forums, but we’d love to assist you with this if you’d be willing to.

    How does that sound?

Hoping to hear back from you to get this sorted asap!

David, a one month old review is hardly modlook material. I’ve removed the tag. 😉

Hi Jan, thanks for taking a look and I should have caught this sooner. I just tagged it due to the profanity in the post, wasn’t sure that’d be an issue.
