The Discount Rules Premium plugin is one I have been using and I really do appreciate just how versatile and powerful it is! Setting up various discounts for buying X getting Y free, to bulk discounts, was a breeze. The interface is simple, clean, and works perfectly alongside my WooCommerce store.
