You can also add your online plugin chat in the app easy, on the other hand you won’t install a plugin to use this, as you know more plugins makes your website slow and has negative effect on your website performance, you have a dashboard out of WP and you will paste a code in head of your website, I had problem with the code because I installed WP Rocket plugin and the plugin working on CSS and Java scripts to make your website faster therefore the code didn’t work because of WP Rocket.

If you faced to same issue you can exclude the app URL in WP Rocket plugin in JavaScript field, then the app work well, during this time the app team support helped me very well they were always online and helped me to solve the issue.
