    I was able to determine if my web host/serve was blocking emails or if it was indeed my mail plugin. I downloaded and did an email test and it successfully sent and was received. Before that, all other email tests were not sending or showing it was sent but not arriving and I could not figure out the targetted issue. Now that I know for sure it is my mail plugin (Zoho Mail), I can go to them for support. Thanks!
