 * Hi,
 * Was trying out your plugin, realised something odd.
 * After importing / updating products, the Enabled : Yes was set and was intact.
 * But after going into the product and upload new product photos in, click save.
   The Settings became Enabled : No.
 * No matter how many times I switched it back to “Yes”, after saving it will still
   be “No”.
 * Please help.
 * Thanks.

 * Hi [@allstarsft](https://wordpress.org/support/users/allstarsft/),
 * Regarding the query, can you please inform us whether you have set the price
   of the user role for one product? If yes, then if you are trying to set the price
   of the user role for more than one product, then the per product settings will
   automatically get enabled to No. But the image which you have set for the product
   will display there.
 * However, if you want to set the price of the user role for more than one product,
   then it is possible with the Pro version of our plugin.
 * I hope this information is useful to you.

 * Yes. Each product is set with the Enabled and price for the role.
 * Prior to this I was using Import tool, so all products are set via there.
 * So you mean to say if I want to set for multiple products and have the section
   stay there even during updating in the product admin, I have to buy your premium
   version?
 * Otherwise all products user role pricing won’t stay?

 * Hi [@allstarsft](https://wordpress.org/support/users/allstarsft/),
 * Yes, you are right for keeping the price by user role section intact even during
   updating the product admin, you have to go with the Pro version of the plugin.
   Also, once the price of the user role for one product is set, it will not allow
   you to set for the other products.
 * Please let us know if you have any further queries.
